General

There is a 'Size Guide' link available on every product page underneath the size drop down.
J&M Workwear represent each product and colour variant as close to the actual colour as possible although this cannot be taken as gospel due to external factors ie monitor settings, lighting that affects the accuracy.

Orders

An email is automatically sent you with the tracking company and the tracking number so that you can check the status.
In the case that you have not received your order within 7 working days, please email us at  customercare@jandmworkwear.com.au or contact us
Of course. The billing and delivery address can be different regardless of the address on your account. If you have moved, you can update your address details via the My Account (must be logged in)

Payment

Payments can be done upon checkout via our secure checkout process. We accept Paypal, Visa,  Mastercard & Zip Pay. 
Yes it is. We use a 3rd party payment gateway that is a Level 1 PCI DSS Compliant Service Provider. They are on Visa's Global Compliant Provider List and MasterCard's SDP List.
All prices on the J&M Workwear website are inclusive of GST.
